Instagram keeps on rolling out new features for its users to enhance their user experience. Recently the Meta-owned social media platform has released another feature which a number of content creators are going to love. Gone are the days when you used to create one reel and then think for hours about which one song to use with it. Now you can go Gaga with your content and can use up to 20 songs in a single reel.

Following TikTok’s exit from India, Instagram has risen to become the leading platform for short video creation among content creators, including both regular users and influencers. Currently, this social media giant enjoys immense popularity worldwide, particularly among millions of youth. Instagram’s appeal spans across both younger audiences and adults, who are increasingly engaging with reels and short-form videos on the platform.

Now with this feature in the picture, it’s possible that the popularity might just increase even further than what it is right now.

Instagram New Feature

In the past, content creators were limited to using only one song per reel. However, with the introduction of the new Audio Tracks Feature, creators now have the flexibility to include up to 20 distinct audio tracks within a single reel.

To access this feature, creators simply need to choose the ‘Add to Mix’ option. This option not only allows them to combine multiple audio tracks but also provides tools to trim and edit the audio as needed, ensuring they can customise their content to perfection. This enhancement offers creators greater creative freedom and versatility in crafting engaging reels on the platform.
