Samsung has expanded its foldable smartphone lineup with the launch of the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Galaxy Z Flip 6. The announcement was made at the Galaxy Unpacked 2024 event, where the tech giant showcased its latest innovations, emphasising advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) and enhanced software support.

Central to both the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and Z Flip 6 is the specially engineered Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Mobile Platform, tailored to optimise performance for Samsung’s devices. This custom chipset promises exceptional efficiency for various applications and functions.

The pricing strategy for the two models reveals Samsung’s intent to cater to different user demographics. The Galaxy Z Fold 6, with its high-end features and capabilities, is geared towards users who prioritise multitasking and powerful performance. In contrast, the Galaxy Z Flip 6 offers a more stylish and compact option, targeting consumers who prefer a fashionable yet functional device.

CMF Phone 1 Finally Official

CMF, the budget-friendly sub-brand of Nothing, introduced three new products on Monday. The launch included the highly awaited CMF Phone 1, the CMF Watch Pro 2 TWS earbuds, and the CMF Buds Pro 2 smartwatch. 

The CMF Phone 1 is poised to capture attention with its advanced camera system, vibrant display, and customisable modular design. 

According to various leaks and rumours, the smartphone is available in two configurations: a 6GB RAM and 128GB storage model priced at Rs 15,999, and an 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant at Rs 17,999.

Musk’s Neuralink Aims 2nd Implant

Neuralink, the brain-computer interface company established by billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, is gearing up for its second human brain implant surgery, set to take place within the next week. Senior officials from the company shared the news on social media platform X. 

At present, Noland Arbaugh from Arizona is the only individual to have received Neuralink’s brain chip. However, Musk has ambitious plans to expand this number, aiming for up to nine recipients by the end of the year.
