Speaking to ANI, Varun Choudhary, National President of NSUI, said, “We are continuously demanding from the government that NTA should be banned. Students now do not believe in the examination being conducted by the NTA.”
“Today we peacefully protested …neither the BJP government is taking any action on this issue nor they are banning the NTA,” he added.
The Opposition plans to challenge the government, despite the day being reserved for discussing the Motion of Thanks to the President’s address to Parliament. If the matter arises today, Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan will address it, according to sources.

On Tuesday, during her address to the joint sitting of Parliament, President Droupadi Murmu affirmed the government’s commitment to investigating recent paper leaks and ensuring that those responsible are punished.
Notably, the Ministry of Education constituted a high-level committee of experts to make recommendations on reforms in the mechanism of the examination process and the functioning of the NTA.
