Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini stated that the decision on which seat he will contest from in the upcoming assembly elections will be made by the party’s central leadership. While there has been speculation about him running from the Ladwa seat instead of Karnal, as suggested by the Haryana state president, Saini mentioned that the state president has more information on this matter. The Parliamentary Board has received applications from candidates, which have been listed and presented to the central leadership for a final decision. Saini expressed gratitude to the people of Karnal for their support and assured that the BJP will form its third government in Haryana. He believes that a “double-engine” government will accelerate development in the state and hopes for continued support from Karnal’s residents.
